Thrivera Wealth Partners is a partnership between Denise Green and Monica Schmitt, both hold Series 7 and Series 66 licenseds through LPL Financial. While they both live in Colorado, just on different sides of the Rocky Mountains, Denise and Monica have been collaborating since the summer of 2012 after having met at a professional conference; the two had an instant connection. In each other, they saw a love for their clients as people; recognizing the joys and fears alike that their clients express and the desire to help clients achieve those goals while being tuned into the amount of risk each client can handle.

Denise and Monica share very similar risk-aware practices with a limited number of clients to allow for personal, connected relationships with each of them. Since both women hold the belief that laughter is good medicine, you will often hear each of them laughing not just because they love what they do but most importantly, they love the people they work with.
In 2020, Denise and Monica started brainstorming on ways that they could help each other be better financial advisors and to create a kind of “back-up” system to better serve their clients. Since they both see themselves as financial educators, confidantes, problem finders and problem solvers and still wanting more from this natural partnership, a more definitive structure now called Thrivera Wealth Partners was formed to collaborate on client support, market analysis, and business strategy.
